    [size=45]Former member of the Kurdistan Parliament, Ali Hama Salih, stated that the Federal Council of Ministers is scheduled to ratify a draft decision to finance the salaries of employees and workers in the public sector in the region for the last six months of the current year.[/size]
    [size=45]Hama Saleh said in a post on Facebook today, “The draft resolution will be presented to the Iraqi Council of Ministers for a vote in a session that will be held next Sunday.”[/size]
    [size=45]He added, "If the draft resolution is voted on, the federal government will finance salaries for the last six months of the current year in an amount of (4.8 trillion dinars), meaning that it will send 800 billion dinars per month to the Kurdistan Region."[/size]
    [size=45]“While the region’s local revenues amount to 320 billion dinars per month, in addition to the disbursement of monthly salaries, there will be a (surplus) of (210 billion dinars) for the Kurdistan Regional Government,” according to Saleh.[/size]
    [size=45]The former parliamentarian also said: If the federal government receives a total of (400 thousand barrels) of the region’s oil next November for the white oil and gasoline sector, Iraq will support Kurdistan by supplying it with these two materials.[/size]
    [size=45]A high-ranking delegation from the Kurdistan Regional Government, headed by Prime Minister Masrour Barzani, arrived yesterday morning, Thursday, in the capital, Baghdad, with the aim of holding discussions with the federal government regarding the monthly salaries of employees and workers in the public sector in the region and Kurdistan’s share of the budget.[/size]
    [size=45]In addition to its head, the delegation included: Qubad Talabani, Deputy Prime Minister of the region, Awat Sheikh Janab, Minister of Finance and Economy, Omid Sabah, Chief of the Cabinet Office, and Amanj Rahim, Secretary of the Council of Ministers.[/size]
    [size=45]The delegation held a series of intensive and lengthy meetings with Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa al-Sudani, President of the Republic Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid, and Speaker of the House of Representatives Muhammad Rikan al-Halbousi, in addition to the leaders of political parties and forces, during which the financial dues to Kurdistan were discussed.[/size]
    [size=45]The head of the delegation, Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Region, Masrour Barzani, announced early Friday that his government had submitted two proposals to the federal government regarding solving the problem of securing the financial entitlements of the people of the region.[/size]
    [size=45]Masrour Barzani said in a press conference held today in Baghdad, “We, the delegation of the Kurdistan Regional Government, came here to defend the constitutional rights and financial entitlements of the people of Kurdistan, and to reach solutions to the current problems with the federal government,” expressing his thanks and appreciation to the Kurdistan blocs in the House of Representatives. Iraqi support to the regional government delegation that visited Baghdad.[/size]
    [size=45]He added that the delegation held an intensive and lengthy dialogue with the three presidencies, leaders and leaders of political parties, adding that the delegation held a group of meetings during which it demanded a solution to the problems, and presented two proposals, one long-term and the other short-term, regarding securing the financial entitlements of the people of Kurdistan.[/size]
    [size=45]The Prime Minister of the Regional Government explained that with regard to the long-term proposal, it requires some legislation and making changes and amendments to a number of laws, which we will work on more later, adding: But with regard to the current solutions, a session will be held for the Presidency of the Federal Council of Ministers, and in this regard we have presented several proposals. It was welcomed and received the support of all political parties, and expressed its support and support for our proposals to secure monthly salaries for the Kurdistan Region.[/size]
    [size=45]Masrour Barzani continued by saying: We are optimistic and await the Council of Ministers session on Sunday and that these preparations will turn into decisions to speed up the solution of problems, and for the people of Kurdistan to receive their salaries like the rest of those who receive salaries in Iraq.[/size]
