The Ministry of Transport revealed that the governorates of Diwaniyah and Muthanna have completed all requirements for the development road project, while it has launched an intensive campaign to remove violations along the railway lines on the road route in all governorates.
Director of the Ministry’s Media Office, Maitham Al-Safi, explained in an interview with Al-Sabah, followed by Al-Eqtisad News, that the Minister of Transport, Razzaq Muhaibis Al-Saadawi, is continuing his field tours in all the governorates through which the development path passes, to research and find solutions to any problem of conflicts, if any, indicating that the two governorates Diwaniyah and Muthanna stand at the forefront of the governorates that have completed the requirements of the project, stressing at the same time that these two governorates are free of any conflicts with the paths of the railway and land development road, which will pass through all the governorates, reaching the city of Fish Khabour on the border with Turkey.
