    Baghdad today - Erbil
    Member of the Kurdistan Democratic Party, Rebin Salam, confirmed today, Sunday (March 10, 2024), that Prime Minister Muhammad Shia al-Sudani is leading a good stage in stabilizing the country and reforming the situation, and in ending the dispute between Baghdad and Erbil.
    Salam said in an interview with “Baghdad Today” that “Al-Sudani succeeded in many files despite the attempt to impose obstacles for him,” noting that “the attempt to blackmail him from political parties accused of corruption, which is a major corruption scourge, is completely unacceptable.”
    Salam added, “The Kurdish representative who talks about the Sudanese and his government and tries to bring them down and accuses him of corruption must first talk about the money owed by her brother to investors and citizens who filed hundreds of complaints in the Sulaymaniyah courts.”
    He pointed out that "this representative practices blackmail operations, not criticism and censorship, and the judiciary must confront her and those who stand with her. The accusations that she makes on a daily basis to the federal and regional governments reflect hatred and cheap attempts to obtain money in exchange for their silence. She and her brother are known for this matter. They open the files." And they closed it in Kurdistan in exchange for money.”
    On Sunday (March 10, 2024), Kurdish politician Sardar Mustafa demanded a Kurdish parliamentarian who attacked the governments of Baghdad and Erbil by revealing the extent of corruption within her family and party. 
    Mustafa said in an interview with “Baghdad Today” that “there is a female representative who claims patriotism and concern for public money, and her only job is to attack the federal government and the regional government, and talk about Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani.”
    He added, "It would have been better for this representative, if she were honest, to talk about the major corruption within her party and the fraud and deception operations practiced by her brother, the party leader. He is accused of dozens of cases, including laughing at citizens under the pretext of investment and building residential complexes."
    He pointed out that "Iraq during the Sudanese era is witnessing a period of political and security stability, and the government has begun to overcome great difficulties and challenges, the most important of which is the stability of the national currency and the decline in the price of the dollar, the great openness to the Arab and international surroundings, and also the construction of service projects and the reduction of unemployment rates."
    He explained, "Criticism of the government is done through correction and correction, not through blackmail. This representative and her brothers are known for blackmail in Kurdistan, and her other brother is also accused in Baghdad of fraud, fraud, and money laundering."
