The wise man said in[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]To him, in the Diwan[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]For the political, social, media and academic elites, “the Palestinian crisis is not related to what happened on October 7, but rather is the result of a long series of Israeli escalations against the Palestinians.”

He added that "the Israeli entity has denied all the resolutions."[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]“Wars are measured by the extent to which they achieve their declared goals, this is for countries, while armed groups and resistance forces are measured by their ability to remain effective and influential despite pressure and difficulties. Therefore, destroying cities is not considered a victory, and Hamas is still standing and capable of bombing Tel Aviv, while Israel was unable to return the prisoners, while targeting Sinwar was an accidental and coincidental event.”

Al-Hakim explained that "Israel's goals in Lebanon have not been achieved so far, as Israel has not been able to return the displaced people from the north, let alone increase their numbers and target cities like Haifa and beyond Haifa, Tel Aviv and Netanyahu's headquarters," adding that "the battle does not end with the martyrdom of leaders, and the issue is not linked to their martyrdom, and this is what the laws of history tell us, recalling the martyr Sayyed Abbas al-Moussawi and the rest of the martyrs."

He stressed the "role of Iraq[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]And the media and humanitarian relief, as Iraq provided great support at the governmental, reference, popular and political levels,” renewing the reference to “the unprecedented state of stability that Iraq is witnessing at the political, social and security levels.”

Al-Hakim called for "stopping at the step of ending the international coalition and moving to bilateral relations," stressing "the importance of building self-capacities to enhance sovereignty and protect the airspace and broad participation in the elections."

He pointed out that "the current electoral law achieves a balance between the number of seats and the number of votes," warning of "the impact of individual candidacy on emerging powers," indicating that "Iraq's strength lies in its diversity and the presence of its components, which requires managing this diversity and benefiting from it in bridging the relationship with the countries of the region and the world through the Iraqi components."

He said, "Kirkuk belongs to its people, and any solution that ignores the components of Kirkuk will not yield results," while pointing out that "the current equation in Kirkuk achieves balance and representation."

Al-Hakim said, "Peaceful demonstration is a constitutional and legal right, and we have expressed our objection to any demonstrations that cause road closures and disruption of departments," warning against "turning demonstrators into a gun for hire and economic and political blackmail."
