    The President of the Republic [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] and Parliament Speaker Salim al-Jubouri, on Tuesday, the need for coordination regarding the legislation of laws, while stressing the importance of expediting the passage and ratification by the general budget to address the economic problems.

    The presidency said in a statement received "Alsumaria News", a copy of which, "The President of the Republic Fuad Masum visited this morning, House Speaker Salim al-Jubouri," noting that "A meeting was held in the House of Representatives in Baghdad building in the presence of the Vice-President of the Council [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] and Iaram Sheikh [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] ."[/ltr]




    [ltr]The participants confirmed the need for "coordination between the presidency and the presidency of the parliament regarding the legislation of laws as well as the organization of joint work between them, was also stressed the importance of expediting the passage and ratification by the general budget to address the economic problems," according to the statement.

     The statement pointed out that in another aspect of the meeting "discussed the developments in the political and security situation and the follow-up work of the authorities concerned to re security and stability of the areas liberated from the control of the organization Daash, and secure the return of people to their home areas."

    The statement continued that "it is hoped that a meeting of the three presidencies in the coming period."

     A parliamentary source revealed, on Monday (January 12, 2015), that the President of the Republic Fuad Masum discuss with Parliament Speaker Salim al-Jubouri, Tuesday (January 13, 2015), the budget file as well as some political files.

     The House of Representatives ended, on Monday (January 12, 2015), the second reading and discussion of the budget law.     [/ltr]
