    [rtl]Accused the MP for the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan Rankin Abdullah, Prime Minister Haider al -Abadi not fulfill his promises to the adoption of a technocrat government, stressing that  theasylum - Abbadi to the political blocs in the cabinet reshuffle bidding to graduate from theframework of the quota system and the consensus.[/rtl]
