    He added Ashour, " the court is made ​​up of a judge nominated by the President of the Supreme Judicial Council upon the proposal of the President of the Court of appeal to maintain, considering that action lawsuits is one of the summary proceedings are subject to appeal and discrimination , " pointing out that " the decision came against the backdrop of the many contentious issues recorded by the Department of labor social security as a result of lack of workers get their rights from employers in the public companies and the private sector. " 
    He said Ashour, that" the presence of such a court would resolve many of the contentious issues, which could be lost where labor rights as a result of what label them of prejudice and a shortening of the by employers ,"stressing that" the field teams to work and ensure Wasit so far managed to register about nine thousand workers , including workers in foreign companies operating in the oil sector to maintain. "
