" 
    said Najib, that" the Commission plans to host the CMC to stand on their views thereon to break decision for investments in the telecommunications sector and the creation of convergence between them and the ministry end their differences. "

    He said al - Bayati, said : " the big difference between investment with the citizen , where national company contributes to keep capital inside the country, while the foreign mobile companies out of capital abroad at arate ranging from 60-80% , " explaining that " the second difference is that the management of sites and devices existing mobile companies located outside Iraq, while will be in the country for the national company. "
