     BAGHDAD / Amer supporter 

    Province of Baghdad, on Sunday, expressed fears that the financial crisis lead to the demise of projects, completion rates have reached the advanced levels. In the meantime, confirmed the provincial council, the capital budget of $ 129 billion dinars, will be allocated to complete stalled projects. 
    First Deputy Governor of Baghdad , Jassim Alboukhata said (range) that " the project stalled and as demanded by the Ministry of Planning, it is no any future projects in the coming period , " noting that " the main problem facing the project, is the fear of extinction as they reached completion rates high and keeping them without complete, the project will present a significant risk to lead to failure. " 
    Alboukhata He continued that " the province has four projects for sanitation, as well as 4 housing complexes in addition to dozens of schools that have reached completion to 70 percent ratio, but also did not complete" and urged the government " to activate the issue of payment on credit or business investment law in some important projects which needs of ordinary citizens. " 
    For his part , said Farhan Qasim, a member of the Baghdad Provincial Council (range) that " the budget , which was approved for the Baghdad governorate of 129 billion Iraqi dinars." 
    Qassem said that "30% of the funds allocated to the secretariat of Baghdad, while the remainder will be to maintain, so the work will be to complete stalled projects." 
    The member of the Baghdad Provincial Council that "the Ministry of Planning, according to the plan, called for the completion of all the projects that have reached high levels of achievement, and to date is not specified these projects." 
    The member of Democratic power bloc that " the provincial council during its years, approved a budget of $ 129 billion dinars, while will determine the projects that will complete them at its next meeting , which is expected to be next Wednesday." 
    And he noted a member of the Baghdad Provincial Council that " the main problem is the lack of job potential new projects due to the lack of adequate budget and if the economic crisis continues, the case threatens the dangers of 
     big." 
    The provinces of Dhi Qar, Diwaniyah, Maysan, warned earlier in the extinction of many large percentage of completion of projects due to the financial crisis experienced by the 
     country.
