    Alsumaria News / Baghdad
confirmed the commission of parliamentary power, on Tuesday, that the privatization of the distribution came to theservice areas on the other account, noting that the process of providing 24 - hour card areas can not be achieved in the light of this lack of energy.

The committee member said Zaher al - Abadi in Sumerian morning program aired by Alsumaria that "our opposition to the privatization of distribution because it came to service areas at the expense of other areas," adding that "provide a certain area 24 - hour card process , it shall be at the expense of other areas."

He said al - Abadi said , "The Ministry of Electricity suggest that Iraq needs 25,000 megawatts while what is now the energy is only 14,000 MW and thus it is there is a lack of energy up to 9000 MW , " noting that " the process of supplying regions card 24 h can be achieved in light of this lack of energy. "

He continued that "in order to achieve the privatization distribution correctly , you must provide workers first is that there will be sufficient production of electrical energy and that Iraq does not depend on imported from abroad by barges or from neighboring countries like Iran that stops our energy supply from time to time due to the accumulation amounts Finance, in addition to the second factor is a good distribution networks provide an Iraq that is lacking it. "

The Ministry of Electricity began during the last year 2016 a project to privatize the distribution of some areas in Baghdad by referring them to some of the local companies for the purpose of collection and maintenance and to provide these areas for 24 hours.
