    (Special) ... Predicted a member of the parliamentary legal committee, resolving the issue of the electoral law during the next two days.

    The member of the Kurdistan Alliance MP Azad Abubakar in a statement to the Central Council of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUKcc.org), on Sunday, 21/07/2013, that there is no agreement on the proposed law on the elections, because there is an appeal by the Federal Court to amend the electoral law 26 / 2009, noting that the Kurdistan Alliance introduced the proposed law, while the Liberal bloc made its part of the proposed law, pointing out that it was agreed between the two sides has been the proposed integration of one proposal.

    The MP added Abu Bakr that the coalition in Iraq for his part has a proposal, the need to amend the election law, and not to provide a new proposal, considering that the provision of the proposed law would become after the vote a new law eliminates the previous laws, pointing out that there are fears the repeal of Article 6 of Kirkuk, and this is a point of contention between Iraqi Kurdistan and the Liberals.

    The MP Abu Bakr that the meeting of the Legal Committee, which was held today and was attended by First Deputy Chairman of the House of Representatives Qusay al-Suhail, Balaotaiada which comes in a series of meetings to study the issue of the electoral law, noting that the meeting discussed the issue of a proposed new law or amendment of the current law, and the addition of paragraphs and an amendment Federal Court.

    MP Abu Bakr on the lack of consensus yet on the election law, expected to be reached during the next day result in light of the continuous meetings to reach an agreement.

    The first deputy chairman of the House of Representatives Qusay al-Suhail on Sunday chaired a meeting of the Legal Committee to discuss the upcoming parliamentary election law.
