She noted the Deputy Chairman of the Committee Amal Mari al - Bayati said in a statement singled out the "morning" to " the readiness of the secretion of orchards and agricultural land law within the foundation design of the Baghdad Municipality and the Ministry of Construction and Public municipalities to vote , " She added that " the draft law has been discussed within the Committee extensively, and the result is the need It owns the Baghdad municipality and the Ministry of Construction and municipalities for these lands to be then granted the land to the citizens to dispose of them , "noting that" laid this legislation has become very urgent , especially with high abusers rates on land and eligible employees and others who are in need of significant to them. "
She said "this law will solve the problem of ownership of the Ministry of Municipalities as will raise the financial pleura arising therefrom under certain quotas of land granted to the owners of banking rights and owners of agricultural land ownership , making it easier for distribution among the beneficiaries of the citizens."
For its part, considered the Rapporteur of the Committee Huda Sajjad Mahmoud said , "This law of important laws, which require in- depth study" .
