In a move aimed at strengthening local presence in key markets in the Middle East and Africa, MasterCard announced, a global leader in the field of payment solutions, for its first office opening in the city of Amman, which will be dedicated to managing the company's operations in Iraq, Lebanon and Palestine headquarters, as well as Jordan.
The new office is located at King Hussein Business Park in Amman, comes evidence of the continued geographic expansion of the company, and its commitment to the region, as well as plans to develop customer relationships with interested parties in the sector of local partners, including banks, telecommunications companies and government bodies.
The opening ceremony was attended both Basil Hill, director of the World MasterCard in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the countries of the Levant, who heads the company's operations in the Levant region along with a number of government officials and senior executives from MasterCard, including Timothy Murphy, General Counsel, MasterCard, and Khaled al-Jabali, President regional MasterCard in the Middle East and North Africa.
