Oil rises with the decline in US drilling the first time in months

Oil prices rose on Monday, supported by the first decline in drilling activity in the United States during the months but price gains were limited by reports of rising production of OPEC last month , although the organization has pledged to reduce supply.
The futures rose for Brent crude 13 cents , or about 0.3 percent to $ 48.90 a barrel after jumping 5.2 percent last week , the first weekly increase within six weeks.
