Saudi Foreign Minister Adel al-Jubeir said Riyadh was ready to cut relations with Qatar for another two years.
"There is no blockade on Qatar and no state can support terrorism and terrorist attacks."
"Britain has shown a neutral stance in the Qatari crisis and has not supported it," he said. "The people of Qatar decide who governs it."
On June 5, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain cut ties with Qatar over its "support for terrorism", which Doha denied, saying it faced a "campaign of fabrications and lies."
