The Sultanate of Oman is willing to contribute to the reconstruction of Syria
Chairman of Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry Said Bin Saleh Al-Kiyoumi expressed the readiness of Omani companies to put their expertise in the hands of the Syrian government in the reconstruction phase.
Al-Kiyoumi discussed with Syrian Minister of Oil and Mineral Resources Ali Ghanem the prospects for joint cooperation between the two countries and preparations for the reconstruction phase.
Kiyoumi stressed his country's keenness to contribute all that would help in the recovery of the Syrian economy and the return of production to normal levels.
For his part, Minister Ghanem welcomed the continuation of joint coordination and effective cooperation with the Omani economic actors and the offers made by the Omani side which contribute to enhancing economic relations between the two countries.
