At the beginning of the session, the Council voted on the proposed amendment of the second law of the elections of the House of Representatives No. 45 of 2013 and submitted by the Legal Committee for the purpose of amending the provisions governing the electoral process commensurate with the possibilities available to the Commission and to enable some segments of society to representation in the House of Representatives.
