Democrats in the US Congress introduced a bill to allocate one billion dollars to protect the US electoral system from external penetration or internal.
"We should not allow the Russians to mock us and enjoy what they enjoyed during the previous elections," Democratic House Speaker Nancy Pelosi told a news conference. Their goal is to blow up democracy.
According to the lawmaker, $ 1 billion will be spent this year on the purchase of electronic voting machines to give up paper voting, in addition to the recruitment of experts in the field of electronic security and the launch of risk assessments.
