BAGHDAD (Reuters) - Oil Minister Jabbar al-Luaibi announced on Tuesday the rehabilitation and operation of the strategic pipeline for crude oil (16) knots extending from the fields of Kirkuk to Baiji and from there to Baghdad in record time and according to the available resources.
