    He said the central bank in August plans to delete the zeros of the Iraqi dinar to facilitate financial transactions in an economy dominated by the oil sector and made ​​it through cash transactions often.     Just to make it obvious to some, a redenomination has no effect on bank assets.  To a bank, it's assets are loans and its liabilities are deposits.  

    "The most important positive effects that Steksha process of deletion of zeros is to reduce assets in banks as well as to give the impression of a campaign such amounts as valuable and thus lower prices of goods and services provided."

    A revaluation would cause losses on loans because existing loans would subsequently be paid back with less currency.  Thus it would reduce their value on the books of banks. 

    I believe the reference "to give the impression of a campaign such amounts as valuable" is the fact that after the initiation of the process, banks will advertise that they will accept dinars with an increased value as payment on loans. 

    I find it interesting to mention that a "campaign" would occur after the start of the process.   Further evidence of process planning.   The CBI has previously stated that banks would be compensated by a special account set up by the CBI for losses on loans. 

    A redenomination would have zero effect on bank assets.  Bank assets would be restated in the new currency.   Existing loans could be paid in either the new or old currency. 

    The above statement gives further evidence of the process of removing the zero notes.  For more proof see the following.

    Thank you.  I just want to add that I earn nothing for sharing my insight into the Dinar except the satisfaction of helping some.  I must add that I believe this event is part of God's plan to bring in the harvest of souls.  Each individual must see this blessing as their way to extent the Kingdom of God for Jesus' return and earn eternal rewards.
