    The leader of the Sadr movement, Muqtada al-Sadr, on Friday evening demanded the resignation of the government headed by Adel Abdul Mahdi, the right to the Iraqi blood.
    Mohammed Saleh, an Iraqi close to Sadr, posted on social networking sites "Facebook" a statement bearing the seal of the latter read, "inject the blood of Iraqi Sharif with the resignation of the government.
    "Let us start with early elections under the supervision of the United Nations," he said.

    They had better do something LIKE NOW or the citizens will burn the place down - they live in poverty now anyway, so for them not much will change.  What a shame.

    Yes and the protestors gave a 15 day window. Most of them came from southern districts which is Sadr's area of support. The political aspect is intriguing...needs to save face.  Plus the other name here was the economic advisor to Abadi....I suspect things are changing quick now...

    Sorry but theres nothing quick in Iraq, no.doubt this pushes us back either way, it's just so damn frustrating
