    The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Abdul Razzaq Al-Issa, called on Sunday, British universities and academic institutes to open branches in Iraq. 

    "The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research invites British universities and academic institutions to the United Kingdom," Al-Issa said at a meeting of the annual Iraqi-British Business Council meeting held in London in the presence of Baroness Emma Nicholson, the British ambassador in Baghdad, a number of representatives of British non-governmental organizations and a group of Iraqi personalities. Build strong relations with Iraqi universities and open branches in Iraq, "pointing out that" the invitation is also directed to companies to contribute to the reconstruction of liberated universities. "
