    The Secretary-General of the Islamic Union of Iraqi Turkmen Jassim Mohammed Jaafar, Saturday, delayed the formation of the next government after the sermon of the Supreme Religious Reference, pointing out that the reference set the lines for the formation of a government with broad powers led by a strong personality and courage enough to bear the failure of his government.
