Signed
the Baghdad Governor Salah Abdul Razzaq, a contract with a French
company to develop designs for the elevated train project in the city of
Baghdad, under the first phase.
Abdul Razak said on the
sidelines of the signing of the contract, the cost of the first phase of
the project within the billion and $ 500 million, indicating that the
objective of the project is to reduce traffic jams and citizens more
quickly to more areas within the capital, it would be the first project
of its kind to collective transport in Baghdad will transfer 30 thousand
passengers.
