Crowd: There is no official spokesperson representing the body
30/8/2018 12:00 am [rtl] Baghdad / Al-Sabah The Directorate of Information in the People's Assembly, on Wednesday, that it is the only body authorized to announce the official positions of the Commission, denying the existence of any official spokesman representing the popular crowd. The Directorate said in a statement that it "is the only body authorized and responsible for declaring the official positions of the Popular Propaganda Authority and the leadership of the popular crowd," indicating that "what is issued outside the Directorate of Information does not represent the position of the Commission or its leadership." The Directorate added that «the past period saw the establishment of various media to host personalities and launch a leading figure or spokesman for the popular crowd on them», noting that «there is no speaker authorized to speak on behalf of the popular crowd or the popular rallying body other than what is issued in the Directorate of Information and what is published on The official website of the Directorate, and there is no right or cover for any person to speak on behalf of the Commission ».
