Baghdad / ... The Minister of Justice / Agency of the two banks Rikani, the adoption of job description in the distribution of positions in the judicial services, according to the standards of specialization and years of service in order to improve the level of work in the departments of the ministry.
A statement issued by the ministry said that "the minister's directive came during his chairmanship of the first session of the Justice Council in 2019, which was held in the ministry building on Wednesday, in the presence of the advanced cadres in the ministry. The meeting discussed the organizational matters of the ministry and the other related institutions of the other state.
The minister pointed out the importance of taking the necessary measures to provide the needs of cadres and to create the appropriate working environment and expand the base of specialized courses for the staff of the justice departments, in order to develop their capabilities and raise their scientific and professional reward and use the cadres and staff of the ministry to give lectures and establish such courses.
He pointed out the need to adopt the strategy of establishing legal complexes in Baghdad and the provinces instead of renting buildings costing the budget of the Ministry of financial burdens large.
In addition, the agents and the directors-general of the ministry presented several important files for discussion with a view to reaching their maturity, thus contributing to supporting the work of the judicial services and upgrading the services provided to citizens. Finished
