[rtl]Baghdad / NINA / The Minister of Justice, Khaled Shawani, directed, today, Tuesday, to raise the level of the Foreign Litigation Department to a department, stressing the acceleration of structural preparations to enable workers to perform their job duties.
The Ministry of Justice said in a statement, “The Minister chaired a meeting with the functional cadres of the Legal Department, to discuss the work mechanisms of the investigative committees and inclusion committees,” noting that “the meeting included a discussion of the work steps of the investigative committees to complete their work and submit their reports to the Office of Financial Supervision and other regulatory bodies.”
The Minister directed “to raise the level of the Foreign Litigation Department to a department, provide the necessary functional and technical personnel, and accelerate structural numbers to enable workers to perform their job duties.”/End Page[/rtl]
