MP MP for the National Approach, Jamal al-Muhammadawi, on Saturday, the inclusion of an article in the federal budget of Iraq for the year 2019 grants the powers of self-financing companies winning to pay bonuses to employees within its staff.
"We have submitted a proposal to the House of Representatives to include a paragraph in the budget that gives powers to the director general of the self-financing companies that win the remuneration of employees within the company's staff," he said in a statement.
He added that "this proposal comes to the urgent need to encourage workers to increase production and efficiency."
"We have also submitted a proposal to loan staff in the South Gas Company to the Gas Company of Basra and authorize the Minister of Oil powers to extend the loan period, with the exception of Article 38 of the Civil Service Law." Ending / 25
