The Baghdad Council holds the financial responsibility to shut down SOA projects in the capital

The Baghdad Provincial Council, Tuesday, the Ministry of Finance responsibility to stop the implementation of service projects in all areas of the capital Baghdad, while the Ministry of Finance did not send the budget funds 2019 so far.
"The Finance Ministry has not only sent operational funds and the construction of 145 schools," Council member Jassumat Azzergawi said in a statement to Al-Maalouma. "Finance is responsible for stopping the implementation of service projects for not sending project funds for 2019."
She added that "the Baghdad Provincial Council sent its plans to the Ministry of Planning and the latter sent projects to the Ministry of Finance, but did not respond," noting that "failure to send money before the end of this year will cause the suspension of payment of financial dues for service projects."
