The "Victory" coalition led by Haider al-Abadi pledged his stance towards the government of Muhammad Allawi, to the extent of fulfilling his obligations and fulfilling his pledges to win the competencies of talent, away from quotas.
A coalition spokeswoman, Ayat Al-Mudhafar, said in a press statement: "The information available to us indicates that the person in charge of forming the government has started a series of meetings with the blocs in order to discuss his cabinet."
Al-Mudhafar added: "The victory coalition will be part of these dialogues, given its political and popular weight."
