On Thursday, independent deputy Bassem Khashan confirmed that holding periodic and early elections needs to legislate the Federal Court Law, pointing out that [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] currently without the Federal Court will not be able to ratify the election results.
Khashan said in a statement to "Information", that "the Supreme Judicial Council's decision regarding the Federal Court made it non-existent at the present time, in addition to the Board of Commissioners confirmed the absence of a body that certifies the election results."
He added, "The confirmation of the Board of Commissioners clarifies that there are no early elections, nor are there periodic elections."
And he stated that "if the parliamentary session ends without legislation for the Federal Court Law, then this will make [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] lose to the party that ratifies the election results, and this will result in rewriting the constitution." 25 n ended
