    The Iraqi Parliament revealed major differences between blocks on
    balance, suggesting the possibility of return to the Government after
    negotiations between the blocks.

    And a statement from
    Parliament's information service received/JD/copy: House speaker Osama
    Al-nujaifi chaired a meeting of heads and representatives of
    parliamentary blocs and the Chairman and members of the Finance
    Committee in the presence of Qusay Al-Suhail and Aref tayfur two
    Vice-Chairmen of the Council during the meeting to discuss a Bill
    balancing the most controversial paragraphs 2013 which hamper adoption.

    According
    to the statement, Al-nujaifi said at the beginning of the meeting to
    access the dialogues on confirmation of the budget this year to the
    point of insurmountable differences between blocks on territorial
    development and customizations benefits companies working in Kurdistan,
    stressing that negotiations were deadlocked and the House of
    representatives to exercise its constitutional budget bill back to the
    Government to increase expenditure or use his right transfers and budget
    items.

    Al-nujaifi called on the Finance Committee to resolve the
    issue of the allocated regions development customizations with the
    parliamentary blocs and hosting a delegation from Kurdistan to discuss
    benefits of companies operating in the region, stressing that if lack of
    results will be returned to the Government budget.

    The Finance
    Committee in the Chamber of Deputies has announced the continuation of
    negotiations late Friday night, expected to be on budget day.

    The
    Committee Member said najiba Najib told Deputy/JD/agency that
    "negotiations between the political blocs and positive atmosphere and
    peaceful understanding on most paragraphs, his set right but the final
    decision was up to now/finished/22/
