He added, "Carved carpets, wood products, traditional glassware, floor coverings, ceramics and wool felt products represent the lion's share of exports from which carved carpets are the most sought-after."
He continued that “33 fields of handicrafts are currently practiced in 120 workshops throughout the region, which creates job opportunities for many of those looking for work directly or indirectly,” noting that “Iran exported $ 427 million worth of handicrafts during Sunday The first ten months of the last calendar year, an increase of 3 percent year on year, based on data from the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts. ”
