[rtl]Basra / Nina / Basra MP Kazem Finjan Al-Hamami renewed his previous objections, in which he explained the negative effects resulting from dealing with container ships in an unprecedented manner in all ports of the planet, and which summarized the allocation of a customs declaration for every container returning ports by sea. the position of the Ministry of transport rejects the decisions of the disabled ports.

Al-Hamami warned that this method conflicts with the performance of ports in many and complex axes that may cause disruption and confusion, and may lead to a loss of their flexibility in dealing with shipping lines. For the following reasons: -
- The Iraqi state has never adopted such procedures in customs clearance since its establishment.
There is no single port in the universe that deals with container ships in this dull, slow-moving way.
Ships will be forced to unload their containers at our ports, and then return to the sea, leaving behind thousands of containers stacked and accumulated on top of each other within the customs prohibitions.
- Machinery, equipment and large factories are often loaded in more than one container, and each container carries a part of it, so how is it to be inspected, and what is the exact description of the goods? Usually in such cases, the inspection report is written in the following sentence: We conducted an inspection on the containers numbered as well, and their contents appeared Crane with a load of 70 tons [for example], or its contents constitute a plant for the production of aluminum and others, and this contains a single certificate of origin, and a comprehensive invoice for all parts of the plant distributed over more than one container, and therefore these cases cannot be dealt with in the form of individual permits for each container.
