Today, Saturday, the Ministry of Planning summarized the importance of the job number platform, and while it counted the number of employees registered on the platform, it reviewed three decisions issued by the Council of Ministers to support the project.
The ministry's spokesman, Abdul-Zahra Al-Hindawi, said that "so far, the job numbers have been entered at approximately 3 million and 300 thousand of all state employees," stressing that "the work is still continuing."
Al-Hindawi added, "There are some bodies whose formation is small and have not yet sent their data, and there is a movement towards these bodies to urge the speedy transmission of their employees' data to the Central Statistical Organization for the purpose of completing the job number platform."
And he continued, "Less than a month ago, a set of decisions were issued by the Council of Ministers about supporting the job number platform, including the formation of a committee headed by the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Planning for Administrative Affairs and with the membership of the Ministry of Finance and the Office of Financial Supervision for the purpose of auditing and boycotting employee data, and the other decision is to obligate spending units The government will send its data, and the spending unit is responsible for the accuracy of the data.
He pointed out that "the third decision is to oblige employees who do not have a unified national card to obtain it during the coming months, while providing facilities by the Ministry of Interior for the purpose of granting employees who do not have a unified national card to obtain it in order to benefit from the biometric data within the unified national card platform to support Job number.
He stressed, "The Ministry of Planning has made great efforts during the past two years in order to complete the project, which is of great importance to the job reality in Iraq, because it will address many problems in the functional body as well as help chart sound, real and accurate development paths regarding spending loyal to state employees."
He pointed out that "the project also helps in identifying the sites of scarcity and abundance in functional specializations in order to benefit from these specializations in this place or that."
