The General Secretariat of the Council stated in a statement that {Euphrates News} received a copy of it, that "the Council of Ministers approved, in its twenty-sixth regular session, held on 6/7/2021, to allocate the Ministry of Finance an amount of two billion dinars to the holy governorate of Karbala from the emergency reserve."
And she added, "The decision comes for the purpose of securing the expenses of visiting Arafa and providing the service to the visitors, based on the provisions of Article (5) of the Federal Budget Law for the fiscal year / 2021."
