    The Federal Service Council confirmed, on Thursday, that it is working to provide opportunities for appointments to holders of higher degrees and scholars in accordance with the principle of competition in a transparent manner through electronic submission, indicating that nearly 13,000 applicants are competing to obtain more than 7,000 job degrees in the Ministry of Health recently announced by the Council.
    The spokesman for the Federal Service Council, Alaa Al-Fahd, told the official newspaper “Al-Sabah” and seen by “Economy News”, that “the council aims to implement its own laws within the budget law, which allows the council to open the door for employment for the categories covered by Law 23 of 2021, which are segments ( Postgraduate studies (master’s and doctorate), and first students for a bachelor’s degree) as well as appointments in municipal departments in the governorates.
    He added, "The council began appointing a segment of scientists (graduates of scientific colleges) who hold higher degrees, and there were degrees available to the Ministry of Health and announced by the council as they are, with a number (7038), and they were submitted through the website and the official page of the council, and applications for appointment were submitted electronically without Enter according to the differentiation of (families of martyrs and certificate holders, and according to preference for married people, those with high rates and the breadwinner of the family), and these points were differentiated electronically.
    And he indicated that "12960 applicants were selected to enter the electronic competition for these degrees, and the first stage has been completed and the names have been announced, and the second stage will begin, which is the test for applicants in universities in order to obtain job grades."
    He pointed out that "the council began two days ago to interview those covered by the graduate degree holders who were chosen by the program, and they represented 15% of the applicants, and the interviews are still ongoing and ongoing in order to qualify them for appointments," noting that "the council opened the portal for appointments in (House of Wisdom, the Board of Financial Supervision and border crossings). It also included a number of specializations from holders of higher degrees and the first in universities.
    He explained that "the application continues through the website for a period of 20 days in order to choose the grades," stressing that "the council announced the availability of job grades in the municipal departments (Maysan and Basra), and it continues to announce job grades resulting from the movement of owners after they arrive from the Ministry of Finance."
    Al-Fahd indicated that "the council's main objective is to remove injustice and injustice from graduates and certificate holders and select them according to the principle of efficiency and transparency without human intervention and according to the electronic program," explaining that "the council is in continuous meetings with all ministries in order to allocate job grades, and it aims to be There is cooperation with the Ministry of Labor to grant development courses to graduates and register them according to a database.”
    He added that "the Council has more than 17 jobs that are not important for employment and appointments, which are very important for the public job, the first of which is training and administrative development for new employees and qualifying them in a way that they are qualified to enter the labor market, and these jobs are among the Council's future projects, as well as the opening of an institute for training and job qualification. the public".
