    Information / Baghdad.
The deputy for the coordination framework, Ali Turki Al-Jamali, revealed, on Monday, the existence of a parliamentary movement to challenge contracts and agreements concluded by the current caretaker government headed by Mustafa Al-Kazemi.
Al-Jamali said in "The Information", "The first step of parliamentary oversight is to move to challenge the contracts and agreements concluded by the outgoing Al-Kazemi government during the caretaker period."
He added that "making decisions and concluding contracts in the absence of Parliament does not have legal and constitutional legitimacy."
Al-Jamali pointed out that “the first step of parliamentary oversight is to challenge the unconstitutionality of major agreements and contracts concluded by the government,” noting that “the caretaker government did not abide by what the law stipulated, as it insists on concluding major agreements.”
And the representative of the coordination framework, Ali Abdul Sattar, had confirmed earlier, that the caretaker government headed by Mustafa Al-Kazemi is awaiting parliamentary questions about the Aqaba tube agreement. finished / 25 h
