, legal expert Ali Al-Tamimi confirmed, on Sunday, that the parliamentary oversight of the caretaker government has ended.
Al-Tamimi said in a statement received by / Mawazine News / a copy of it, that "oversight of the caretaker government resigned is from the administrative judiciary in its administrative decisions, because political oversight over them, that is, the parliamentarian ended in resignation, and therefore for the control of Parliament over it and Article 61 constitution does not apply to it in terms of Censorship. "
He added, “As for the criminal responsibility in which the caretaker government falls, such as contracts or crimes, oversight will be upon it. Be the department of the public prosecutor in each ministry, and the public prosecutor can, according to his law 49 of 2017, refer these files to the Integrity Investigation Court.” End 29 / h
