    The Information/Baghdad:
    The head of the Bayarq Al-Khair bloc, Muhammad Al-Khalidi, confirmed, on Friday, that Al-Kazemi’s government cannot send the 2022 budget
    . Al-Khalidi said in an interview with Al-Information, that “Al-Kazemi’s government is a legal caretaker and cannot send the 2022 budget to the House of Representatives for approval for various reasons. Most notably, its presence is temporary, and it will adopt a specific policy in the budget that will definitely differ with the next government in all cases.”
    Al-Khalidi added, “Any budget issued needs executive tools to implement it, and the matter will be difficult if it is conducted according to paths that do not match the vision of the new government, stressing that most political forces understand the compelling reasons that prevent the proceeding with sending the budget by a caretaker government.”
    He pointed out that "the need to adopt the well-known exchange frameworks to align the affairs of the state and pay salaries until the formation of the government, because the budget file is complicated if a government is not formed during the coming months."
    The delay in forming the government caused financial and economic complications in the country, especially approving the budget for 2022.”
