    And she added, "a transaction that was organized and promoted by the accused was seized and the materials were delivered to a worker in the office of a deputy for the governorate, noting that these materials were not entered into the department's stores, in addition to seizing transactions for the exchange of transformers based on the directives of candidates for the Parliament elections that took place in 2021; For the purpose of using it in electoral propaganda, and seizing a book explaining the division of transformers delivered to the maintenance center as shares between representatives, for use in electoral propaganda
    . A (fake) warehouse disbursement of copper wire materials, poles and lighting fixtures, pointing out that storekeepers disbursed the materials and delivered them to unknown persons, claiming that they were being prepared for maintenance centers after forging and distorting the signatures of the officials of those centers.
    She explained that "violations were monitored by employees in the office of the Director of Diyala Electricity Distribution and other unauthorized employees," noting that "the aforementioned opened a record of work orders in the maintenance centers in the Great Dam, Al-Khalis, and Hibhab in violation of the controls and instructions."
