Today, Tuesday, the Ministry of Commerce issued 5 decisions regarding ration agents, while indicating that they include specifying working hours.
The Director General of the Financial and Commercial Control Department in the Ministry, Muhammad Hanoun, said, “The Minister of Commerce, Atheer Daoud Al-Ghurairy, chaired a meeting of the oversight, planning and follow-up departments, in the presence of the advanced owners and the undersecretary, with the aim of solving problems in the work of food agents and the diagnosis that was made through the control teams that visit the agents.” and food centers.
He added that "mistakes were diagnosed in 11 observations that were discussed during the joint meeting between the Planning Department and the oversight teams," noting that "the meeting reached important and decisive results, most notably resolving all outstanding issues in the work of agents and follow-up and auditing of the work of food agents in Baghdad and the provinces."
And he continued, "The meeting directed to follow up the canceled agencies and set a working hour for the agents from nine o'clock to four o'clock in the evening, and there are also a number of procedures for a number of agents who are lagging behind in supplying citizens with foodstuffs," stressing that "this meeting was very important to limit the observations made by the control teams." commercial affairs in the ministry, as well as the state of interaction in the planning department to reach solutions.
