The Kurdish opposition figure, Omid Muhammad, confirmed that the withdrawal of Judge Abdul Rahman Zebari from the Federal Court is forced and not normal.
Muhammad said, in a televised interview followed by Mawazine News, that “the ruling parties in Kurdistan want their own interests and not the application of justice,” pointing out that the Federal Court’s decisions came in the interest of Iraq in general and the Kurds in particular.
He added, "The ruling parties in the Kurdistan region are tampering with employee names forms, indicating that the federal government must intervene in resolving the crisis in the salaries of employees in the region as soon as possible."
He continued, "The region's employees are suffering due to the delay in their accumulated salaries as a result of the region's authority's unfair policy.
