"
    Biden promised, according to the statement, the targeting of civilians, "an act of cowardice and acts of desperation," stressing "the commitment of the US firm in helping Iraq to defeat al (Daash) so that all Iraqis to live in peace and stability."
    And saw the Karrada area inside, the center of Baghdad, at one o'clock on Sunday morning (July 3, 2016), a suicide car bomb driven by a suicide bomber, killed 44 people dead or wounded, according to the report by the Ministry of Interior, while stressed, witnesses and sources healthy that number is greater than it too much and that the bodies of many of the victims are still under the rubble.
    The Department of Health in Baghdad's Rusafa confirmed, Sunday, (July 3, 2016), that more than 200 people had been killed or wounded, detonating a car bomb in the Karrada district, while showed that there are 50 charred body has not been identified, its owners, confirmed the blast wounded left the hospital with the exception of 17 injured in need of surgical interference.
    The deputy head of the security committee in the Baghdad Provincial Council, Mohammed al-Rubaie, said in an interview to the (long-Presse), on Sunday, (third from July 2016), that the outcome of the recent explosion in the Karrada amounted to 347 people, of which 167 people were killed and 180 wounded, a can be increased because the state a lot of serious injuries.
