It ratified the Federal Court of Cassation, on Sunday, on the decisions of the death sentences against the accused in the crime of the martyrs of Spyker.
A judiciary spokesman Judge Abdul Sattar Bayrakdar in a statement received (Il Giornale) a copy of it, that "the Federal Court of Cassation considered suspects in the crime Martyrs Spyker claims."
"The case has been considered by the Court in the expanded body", pointing out that it "has to ratify the decisions of execution issued by the Central Criminal Court in Baghdad," .anthy 3
