A member of the Committee Zana Said in a press statement , "We studied the subject of optional five- year leave of staff in the Legal Committee andhave seen that for the benefit of the economic situation of the country and we have given a chance for employees who find work in the private sector to take a vacation and enjoy the nominal salary."
Said added that "there are some conditions to enjoythe leave is that approvals be limited to the minister and that is not approved to give a vacation competencies, and that accounted for his service forthe purposes of retirement and bonus , " he said , adding that " the Commission has developed amendments to the law which is the possibility of cutting employee five years vacation after two or three years after the holiday. "
