    Deputy President of the Republic Khudair Khuzaie, said Tuesday that Iraq has made progress in the missing file and Kuwaiti prisoners, while called on Kuwait to help Iraq out of Chapter VII, Kuwait responded that this step you need for UN approval and implementation of the international resolutions.

    The head of the Iraqi delegation at the Arab Economic Summit Vice President Khudair Khuzaie said in his speech to the conference that "Iraq calls Arab leaders to develop joint Arab action in the economic field and to develop programs to help develop economic cooperation between these countries and take advantage of new technology in this area and facilitate the movement of people and goods between the Arab countries.
    And concluded, on Tuesday, the Arab summit economic held in the Saudi capital Riyadh for a one-day participation of all Arab countries, and began the summit on Monday (January 21 2013) and is the third Arab economic summit after summits Kuwait in 2009 and Sharm el-Sheikh in 2011,
    The participation of Iraq's delegation headed by Vice President Khudair Khuzaie and accompanied by Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari evidence of non-response to calls launched by some officials and Iraqi lawmakers need to reciprocate on Riyadh that participated Ambassador at the Arab summit which was held in Baghdad late last March.
