The office added that "the decision of the Council provided for the allocation and funding of current expenditures of 3 billion dinars from the emergency reserve for the year 2018 to the province of Basra to cover the cost of rehabilitation of water projects currently operating, in accordance with the provisions of the upper implementation of the budget, and the allocation of another 3 billion dinars from the emergency reserve for a water project Umm Qasr listed in the 2018 Regional Development Program. "




"The decision also provided for the Ministry of Finance to allocate and fund 9 billion dinars of the emergency reserve to complete the implementation of 52 contracts within three months," the office said, adding that "the decision also allocated and financed the amount of 7 billion dinars from the emergency reserve To the Ministry of Water Resources for the completion of civil works for the booster reinforcement station of Al-Rumaitha station in Muthanna, installation and operation of vertical pumps equipped by the Ministry, and the delivery of electricity to the pumps.
