The Iraqi Cabinet approved Tuesday, a series of decisions during the fourth regular meeting under the chairmanship of President Nouri al-Maliki.
The General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers in a statement released by today, and received "alsumaria news", "the Council of Ministers approved several resolutions at its 4th ordinary, today, to provide the Ministry of immigration and displaced persons a financial grant to the displaced Syrians in camp Dumez, approve the transfer of 175 thousand dollars of wealth Fund of the Arab Ministers of Social Affairs to the Ministry of immigration and displaced persons account for distribution directly to Syrian refugees".

The secretariat confirmed that "the Council approved the oil Minister's authorization to transfer employees of the State company for heavy engineering equipment to the outside of the case", pointing out that "the contribution was approved by the Iraqi Government in the amount of 10 million dollars to help Syrian refugees in Iraq".
The secretariat said that "the Council of Ministers approved the draft law on ratification of the Convention on the promotion and protection of investment between Iraq and Japan, he approved the Ministry of finance to pay the difference in the salaries of staff in the Office of the Arabic League in Baghdad."
The Secretariat referred to the Council's approval to amend paragraph 1 of the resolution (461) 2012 to become the Ministry of finance allocated amount (13.5) million for the rehabilitation and maintenance and expansion of airports in Comoros and amount (15270000) to build the Ministry of works, technical and vocational training Institute, a psychiatric hospital and in the Republic of Somalia ".
The secretariat drew attention to the "Council agreed to grant Mauritania a financial assistance (15) million dollars rather than provide them with mechanisms and tools", "adoption of the recommendations of the Commission on receipt of requests for demonstrators.
The Secretariat explained that the approved to form a Committee headed by Minister of planning and municipal Ministers and membership ages, water resources and the legal adviser to the Prime Minister to review the ECE recommendations on increasing the total cost resulting from the inaccuracy of estimate and agree on a formula to facilitate the work of the ministries and ensure accuracy in determining project cost ".

The Secretariat indicated that "the Council also agreed to establish an investment to develop the city of banks of Karbala between national investment Commission and Karbala (first party) and the Emirati company bloom (second party) and the allocation of funds required for the implementation of the project".
