    In a new crisis that haunts the regime in Iran, the prominent politician and deputy speaker of parliament, Ali Motahari, called on the commander of the Revolutionary Guard militia not to interfere in the political decisions of the state, considering that the decision to approve or reject Iran to negotiate with the United States is not military. 

    Muthari sent a letter to the commander of the Guards, Mohammad Ali Jafari, published by the ISNA agency, commenting on Jafari's comments on Iran's stance on US President Donald Trump's offer to negotiate with Iran over the nuclear issue. 

    "All our brothers in the Revolutionary Guard must follow the leader's decision on Iran's entry or reluctance to negotiate with the United States, and not the commander of the guard to come out and state the position of the state," he wrote in his letter.

    "When such statements are issued, they must be issued by the elected representative of the people, ie the president of the republic, not for any official," he said in his speech to Jaafari. 

    In his letter, Mottahari referred to the involvement of the Iranian military in political affairs, saying that the intervention of the military is one of the dilemmas faced by the organs and institutions in the Iranian state. 

    The letter comes in response to the release of Jafari hollow remarks on the issue of entering Iran in negotiations or talks with the US administration. 

    "The Iranian people will never allow their officials to negotiate or meet the Great Satan," he said, commenting on Trump's statement by calling for a dialogue with Iran over the nuclear issue and the recent crisis.

    The United States, after withdrawing from the nuclear deal, announced a package of economic sanctions on Iran after the regime's involvement in nuclear activities was proven and violated the terms of the agreement. 

    Iran is witnessing unprecedented political and economic crises, which have increased following the withdrawal of the United States from the nuclear agreement and the devaluation of the local currency and then its impact on investments and economic sectors.
